Logistics & Policies

For Children
  • Comfortable and easily washable clothes are advisable
  • Spare set of clothes
  • A named coat, waterproof trousers and wellies are a must as we encourage the children to sample our wonderful outdoor environment as often as possible.

Milk, water and fruit are provided or an alternative healthy snack. If your child prefers juice, please provide this in a named container.


For Parents

Monday and Friday:
8:30am – 12:15pm, with flexible drop offs at 8:30am or 9am and pick ups at 11:45am or 12:15pm.
Wednesday and Thursday:
8.30am - 3.00pm with flexible drop offs at 8.30am or 9am and pick ups at either 12:15pm, 1.00pm (lunch club) or 3.00pm (lunch club and afternoon session).


Age and Attendance
We accept children aged from two years and strongly encourage a minimum of two sessions per week.

Cost
Our rate is £5 per hour.  From the term following their 3rd birthday, every child is entitled to 15 hours of funded childcare (For funding purposes terms start on 1st September, 1st January and 1st April).  If your child is eligible to extended funding (an additional 15 hours per week) we accept funding for all of our opening hours (currently 20.5 hours per week).  We also work with other settings including childminders in order to share funding.
We also offer places for children eligible for two-year old funding.

Term Dates
Our term and half term dates run parallel to Hampshire state schools.
